![]() People that were kids when they played this when it first came out had time to grind for hours on end, those kids are now adults and if they're successful that meant they have jobs and can't grind for hours on end anymore. There's no reason for them to include them but they do for ease of use for those that want to use them, if they didn't include it people could just use a trainer or cheat engine, would you still complain about that? No, you wouldn't, so you complaining is kinda stupid because it would exist anyway, just so you know even though the game includes cheats trainers will still be made for it, including cheats that are built into the game. So why do you still feel the need to make a thread? You aren't forced to use them, so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shut up. Worst part is you already know the correct response to it, which is "don't use them". I honestly don't get why there's always someone (but usually many people) who feel the need to complain about cheats being included. If you don't like the cheat just don't active them, get over it. Also, maybe there is some people who have play this game on the PS1 era, but don't like this type of battle and they just want to replay the game for the story. From a sales point of view, nor a QoS point of view, it just doesn't make sense. I'm just curious why they would intentionally include something like this. INB4: "Don't use them if you don't like them." I obviously won't be using them. I can kinda sorta understand the game speed boost for those that hate spending time drawing magic for the junction system or something.īut why would you intentionally include cheats that ruin the RPG experience for the player, then try to pass it off as an enhancement? At least require beating the game to unlock them first, or hide them behind a Konami code or something lol. FF8 isn't a particularly difficult game either, and much of the content is optional. All fans of the Final Fantasy series know this. Well, and having a book-like story to follow. The whole point of an RPG is spending time collecting items and building your characters.
